Christine Terrey - Principal

 Commencing a real estate career in 1991 Christine Terrey’s genuine commitment to her clients has enabled her to achieve over 20 years of successfully selling properties all over Taranaki.

In the past Christine served on the local Regional Real Estate Committee in Taranaki.  Then in 2001 set a new real estate company along with her husband, Brian Murray.

 “ Taking pride in what you do” as well as having “a  positive outlook” plus “extensive knowledge” of residential sales through to lifestyle and subdivisions made the decision to form Taranaki Independent Real Estate Ltd an easy one.

A mother of two and young grandmother Christine enjoys gardens, cycling, fishing, travelling, experimenting in the kitchen and anything to do with the great outdoors.

Supporting the local community, gardening groups and local bowling club Christine is known as a “Peoples Person” who is committed to offering a long time trusted real estate service.

Brian Murray

Starting a career in Real Estate in 1990 for a large stock and Station company Brian has always been a top performer in Rural Sales . 

Experienced dairy farmer and heavy machinery contractor enhanced his wealth of knowledge for the Taranaki Rural  Region.

Currently an expert in subdivisions, lifestyle blocks and farm sales both in North and South Taranaki Brian Murrays client base is long standing.

Married to Christine Terrey, a father of two and grandfather, Brian manages to squeeze in a day or two of his favourite sport, fishing along with holidays by the sea.

Peter Bevins

After 25 years of dairy farming in South Taranaki my wife Sharon and our three children moved to New Plymouth. Still having strong connections in South Taranaki and now living in North Taranaki I found it ideal to commence my next venture that being a career in real estate.

Still a keen farmer I have kept my farming interests going, however now its on a smaller scale as we have small dry stock farm at Oakura. Another one of my hobbies is restoring old Capri cars. Lots of fun.
